Our Fruit Balsamic Vinegars are prepared in small batches in our West Vancouver kitchen.We use a white Balsamic as a base and elevate it by adding different fruits.

We are offering a Cranberry Balsamic and a Blueberry/Pomegranate Balsamic.

They are delicious in any kind of salad ( for example baby greens and goat’s cheese with fresh melon) or reduced and drizzled over your favorite vegetables,cheese,meet or chicken.The Blueberry/Pomegranate also works fantastic on fresh oysters.
